We have been learning about farms at pre-school.
We read the story 'What the Ladybird Heard' and then we based our display on the book. We made all the different animals from the story including the 'cat that meowed and the cat that purred.'

We played with the straw in our sensory tray and tried to find the farm animals in our lucky dip. We played lots of matching games too and compared big, medium and small animals. We also played farmyard lotto and used the musical instruments to make different animal noises.
