Last week we learnt about Fireworks and how to stay safe during Bonfire Night.
The fire brigade came to talk to us and showed us their uniform and what they have to wear when they rescue people from fires. Narda even tried on all their kit - it was very heavy! We got to climb in the fire engine and when they left they sounded the siren and flashed the blue lights for us to see and hear!

We made rocket firework pictures using different shapes, paintings using glitter and chocolate sparklers using breadsticks and melted chocolate. In Big Fun Time we pretended we were fireworks using colourful scarves and musical instruments.
